Terms of Service

1. Scope
AI Ops Hub is a private business automation service operated by Evair Digital Limited (“Evair,” “we,” or “us”). It is intended only for employees, contractors, and other people explicitly authorized by Evair.
2. Authorized use
You may use the service only through your own approved Discord account and only for legitimate Evair business activities. You must follow your assigned role, approval limits, platform rules, applicable laws, and Evair policies.
3. Prohibited use
You must not share credentials, bypass permissions or approvals, expose confidential data, submit unlawful or deceptive content, interfere with the service, or use it to violate the rules of Discord, marketplaces, advertising networks, or social platforms.
4. Automated actions
Some requests may create content or propose actions automatically. High-risk operations may require administrator approval. Evair may pause, reject, reverse, or investigate any task. Users remain responsible for reviewing business outputs before relying on them.
5. Availability
The service is provided for internal operational convenience. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that generated content and recommendations will be free of errors. Features may be changed, suspended, or withdrawn.
6. Confidentiality and intellectual property
Business records, credentials, product information, generated materials, and audit records must be treated as confidential according to Evair policy. Rights in service software and work output are governed by applicable employment, contractor, and company agreements.
7. Suspension and termination
Access may be disabled immediately when a person leaves the business, changes role, creates a security risk, or violates these terms.
8. Changes
We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. Continued use after notice of an update means you accept the revised terms.
